The Island & Resort

Saturday 9th – Tuesday 12th December, 2023

Koh Tao, Thailand is a boat journey of between 1.5 – 3 hours from Koh Samui.

There are around 20 flights a day from BKK to Koh Samui via Bangkok Airways. Flights take around 1 hour. The earliest flight is 6.30am.

We will arrange transfers for you from the airport to the pier with our private catamaran to Koh Tao.

Our private catamaran will leave promptly at 11am. If you are flying in from Bangkok we recommend the following flight departures which take into account baggage reclaim and transfer times to the pier:

Departs: 07:30 – Arrives: 08:40

Departs: 08:10 – Arrives: 09:25

Departs: 08:25 – Arrives: 09:40

Late arrivals will need to catch a speed boat later in the day at their own expense. We envisage some delegates will arrive early on Friday night in Koh Samui and will connect those doing so.

We provide everyone with their own room, however if you are able to share with a friend or colleague we can discount your retreat rate by $200 each.

Most places on the island have WiFi but for convenience it is worth purchasing a local SIM card (if you do not have roaming enabled on your home country plan). The easiest way to organise this is at one of the desks at the airport. The main telco’s in Thailand are True, DTAC and AIS. If you do not have a chance to and still want to get one, they are available at any 7/11 store. The staff can also most likely help you to activate it.

We’ve included a complimentary massage each day (subject to availability). You’ll need to book in advance via the resort concierge. Please note that space is limited so we advise you to book as early as possible.

Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner along with drinks during meal times and happy hours are all included!

Please inform us of these during the booking process so that we can plan accordingly

We offer a 14 day cooling period, after which no refunds are permitted. Your pass however may be transfered subject to approval by the organisers. No refunds are permitted after November 14th, 2023.
